The television tragicomic story about a young guy named Grisha Izmailov, who became a policeman and was called to protect peace and order in the most elite area of ​​the city of Moscow and the Russian Federation. The guy has to investigate the cases in which the residents of Rublyovka get involved, and he does this, often exceeding his authority. Grisha is about 30 years old, he is handsome, lonely, rich, cynical, passionate and treats everything with a fair amount of black humor. He takes care of his younger sister Nika, who he is forced to constantly get out of trouble. He regularly mocks his boss, Volodya, who thinks that Grisha was sent to him for all his deadly sins. The main character’s best friend is Mukhich, a colorful, clumsy fat man who has no success with girls. Grisha himself, without exerting effort, knows how to please women, for example, his girlfriend - prostitute Christina, but can never achieve reciprocity from Alena, who has long been in love with.

Born into an oligarch family, Grigory is so spoiled that he thinks he is above the law. When he goes too far with his escapades and faces a jail sentence, his father takes measures. With the help of a friend he plans to ‘rehabilitate’ his son. They reconstruct an abandoned village, 19th century style. Soon after that, Grigory gets into an arranged car accident and “goes back in time” reincarnated as a serf. All the people he meets there are actors. There are hidden cameras everywhere, and a team of psychologists watches Grigory. He will have to learn how to appreciate life and to work hard.

Anya works as an assistant in an expensive event agency for a nominal salary, supplemented by access to the city's high society. There she meets a representative of a noble Ottoman family, who came to St. Petersburg in search of a Russian wife. Anya, too, is not all simple with her roots - her swindler father is in prison, from where he can be pulled out for a lot of money. The girl decides to commit a crime: she steals a precious necklace from Serkan's collection, but very quickly finds out that the necklace is a fake, like the title of the Sultan. Serkan is a swindler who, Anya is forced to admit, cannot be denied extraordinary charm. The Turk, caught on a forgery, is forced to take Anya as a share in order to further "breed" the St. Petersburg and not only the rich already for a couple with an energetic girl and her freed dad.
