"Unknown" is a mysterious enemy that suddenly appeared a long time ago. As a countermeasure, the "Evolutionary Railway Development Agency" (ERDA) has developed the "Shinkalion" robot that transform into bullet trains, to prepare for the threat. "I want to be a cool person who can protect something..." Taisei Oonari, a second-year junior high school student, transfers to Shinkai Gakuen Middle School in search of clues about his older sister who disappeared two years ago. Just then, the Unknown appears for the first time in 10 years. Taisei happens to have a high aptitude value as a Shinkalion pilot, and is forced to make a decision to fight it. What is the true nature of the Unknown and what is its purpose? What is the truth that comes to light at the end of the fight? The story of the boys' determination and growth begins now.

In the days that follow, Luke from the next class over hears the rumor of a "King of Duels". Investigating this with Yuga, they run into a mysterious person standing before an important monument... in order to be recognized as a King of Duels, you've gotta win Duels within a limited time! The story of Yuga and Luke, two young boys about to overturn the world of rigid unfun Duels with a new style is about to begin!!

As a member of a malevolent organization, the General is tasked with invading Earth and wiping out humanity. Even an extraterrestrial being like him, however, needs a chance to rest. Not even the Rangers—a team solely dedicated to defeating the General and his colleagues—will stand in the way of him visiting pandas at the zoo, buying ice cream at the convenience store, and enjoying his well-deserved day off from committing evil deeds.

Ruka is a young girl whose parents are separated and whose father works in an aquarium. When two boys, Umi and Sora, who were raised in the sea by dugongs, are brought to the aquarium, Ruka feels drawn to them and begins to realize that she has the same sort of supernatural connection to the ocean that they do. Umi and Sora's special power seems to be connected to strange events that have been occurring more and more frequently, such as the appearance of sea creatures far from their home territory and the disappearance of aquarium animals around the world. However, the exact nature of the boys' power and of the abnormal events is unknown, and Ruka gets drawn into investigating the mystery that surrounds her new friends.
