Mainland CID Officer JIANG ZIDAN (Wang Yang), nicknamed “BULLET”, infiltrates a Hong Kong triad group in an attempt to investigate a cross-border drug trafficking case and encounters Hong Kong narcotics inspector WAI CHUN-HIN (Him Law) and female officer CHAN YUET-KI (Cecilia So). The swift and smart BULLET is favoured by the triad leader WU KOON-YAU (Damian Lau), but he is not aware that CHUN-HIN is the trusted one of the triad’s deputy leader HON LONG (Gallen Lo). The kidnapping of WU’s daughter WU KA-LAM (Jolie Zhu) quickly stirs up long-standing conflicts between HON LONG and KOON-YAU and further fuels their antagonism. CHUN-HIN employs police resources to rescue KA-LAM without authorisation and is dismissed, but in secret he still keeps in touch with narcotics officer SO CHING (Toby Leung). HON LONG, trying to arrogate all the power, does all he can, even in collaboration with outsiders, to get rid of any opposition or possible threat. In the police force, "Death Investigation Extension" or "D.I.E." was established to accommodate those who have been sent away by their supervisors. The Condor Heroes Return is a Hong Kong television series loosely based on the stories of two characters in Louis Cha's novel The Legend of the Condor Heroes. The series was first broadcast on TVB Jade in Hong Kong in 1994.

Beyond the Realm of Conscience is a 2009 Hong Kong television series. Produced by Mui Siu-ching, the serial is one of the two grand TVB productions to celebrate along with the channel's 42nd anniversary, the other being Born Rich. The drama aired five days a week on the TVB network with 45-minute episodes starting October 19, 2009. Set in the latter years of the Tang Dynasty, Beyond the Realm of Conscience tells the story of palace maid Lau Sam-ho and her relations in the Imperial Palace, beginning with her experiences in the Imperial Household Bureau. The series title roughly means "Plots in the Palace" and is a play on the phrase, a homonym which roughly means "Plots that target and attack the heart".

The Gem of Life was a TVB grand production drama, that broadcast between October 2008 and February 2009. The series was specifically filmed to celebrate TVB's 41st Anniversary. The series was filmed in many locations apart from Hong Kong, including Tibet, Taiwan and France.

In the 1930s, Bo Ching-wan and his family have come to crime infested Tong Yan Street in Bangkok. His father Bo Tin-ha tragically dies after he has teamed up with Lin Chun-shan to rebel against Lo Heung-tung. Ching-wan’s younger brother and sister have also gone missing. His mother Ting Sai-fung has become emotionally unstable. Twenty-five years later, Ching-wan sets foot in Tong Yan Street again and encounters a swindler called Chin Chin-chin. Chun-shan’s son Lin Gik turns out to be a corrupt cop. His colluding partners Pang Kin and Kam Lung are bosses of the two most notorious gangs. Pang Kin’s only son returns to Bangkok with his fiancée Ching On-na. However, he is assassinated, causing the two gangs to clash with each other. Ching-wan establishes Overseas Chinese Society of Bangkok. Ching-wan and his partners encourage good deeds and punish the baddies. The Society is in disarray as it repeatedly faces up to difficulties. There is still a long way to go before the chums find peace.

The New Adventures of Chor Lau-heung is a Hong Kong television series adapted from Chu Liuxiang Xinzhuan of Gu Long's Chu Liuxiang novel series. Michael Miu starred as the titular protagonist, Chor Lau-heung. The series was first broadcast on TVB from 12 November 1984 to 4 January 1985. It was rerun in Hong Kong on TVB Jade from February 1 to March 30 in 2006.

This sitcom series premiered in 1981 and changed its name every year, from "Hong Kong 81" to "Hong Kong 86." It was eventually replaced by a new sitcom called "City Stories." A total of 1330 episodes were produced, making it the second-longest-running series in Hong Kong, after "Come Home Love: Lo and Behold". Each episode of this series is inspired by current social issues, with early storylines often satirizing society's flaws. The characters, such as "Chen Ji," "Mrs. Shun," "Uncle Mao," "Jue Wu Yin," "Miss Su," "A Wei," and "Ah Kang," mostly hail from the grassroots, leaving a lasting impression on the audience. For example, "Mrs. Shun," portrayed by Lydia Shum, later became a term to describe uneducated women who follow trends blindly. "Chen Ji," played by Lawrence Ng, is a stockbroker who loves to show off his wealth, and his behavior typified that of many Hong Kongers, becoming a byword for the city's nouveau riche.

Public Relation expert Heung Kwong-Nam (pun, meaning "Hong Kong men") is a renowned saviour to the single ladies in town. He is able to help many single female clients find a happy marriage by building confidence. Without charging money, he is able to find purpose in helping these women find love and themselves. Newly joined Account Officer Sing Fa-Lui (pun, meaning "unmarried woman") is hired by Mak Dik-Man as Kwong-Nam's rival. At first, she is an overly-confident girl that sees Kwong-Nam and his group (Super Senior) as lazy and good-for-nothing. But she eventually grows to see the good in Kwong-Nam and his methods and they end up falling love.

The Heavenly Sword and Dragon Saber is a Hong Kong television series adapted from Louis Cha's novel of the same title. The series was first broadcast on TVB Jade in Hong Kong in 2000.

The Monkey King: Quest for the Sutra is a 2002 Hong Kong/Taiwanese TV series based on the classic Chinese novel: Journey to the West. It is also a remake of the 90's TVB version. This is the second Monkey King that is portrayed by Dicky Cheung, the other one being "Journey to the West I". It is also the first Monkey King series that is not called "Journey to the West". This was just broadcast on TVB however it is a co-production of Taiwanese-Hong Kong.

Sheung's Silver Chamber, the largest jewel company in Foshan, Guangdong Province China, is facing serious financial difficulties.
